AB39-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB39-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

AB39-AA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 196.795 (1) (h) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB39-AA1,1,7 196.795 (1) (h) 2. "Holding company", except for purposes of s. 196.795 (3) and (11) (b), does not mean any company which owns, operates, manages or controls a telecommunications utility, unless such company also owns, operates, manages or controls a public utility which is not a telecommunications utility.".

AB39-AA1,1,8 2. Page 1, line 4: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1r".

AB39-AA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 1: before "acquisitions" insert "takings, holdings,".
