ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1999 ASSEMBLY BILL 393

AB393-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB393-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: delete "construct,".

AB393-ASA1-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 8: delete that line and substitute "taxable year to purchase equipment for use at a licensed day care".

AB393-ASA1-AA1,1,6 3. Page 3, line 6: after "s. 48.65" insert "and that verifies that the claimant's employes are offered access to the day care center on an equal basis".

AB393-ASA1-AA1,1,9 4. Page 3, line 11: after the period insert "No credit may be allowed under this subsection for any expenses that the department of revenue determines are unreasonable.".

AB393-ASA1-AA1,1,10 5. Page 3, line 19: delete "construct,".
