AB418-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB418-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 9: delete "3-year terms and" and substitute "terms expiring on July 1, 2004. The council shall".

AB418-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 3: after that line insert:

AB418-AA1,1,6 " Section 2m. 15.107 (13) of the statutes, as created by 1999 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed.".

AB418-AA1,1,7 3. Page 3, line 9: after that line insert:

AB418-AA1,1,9 " Section 3m. 16.25 of the statutes, as created by 1999 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed.".

AB418-AA1,1,10 4. Page 4, line 16: delete lines 16 to 20.

AB418-AA1,1,11 5. Page 5, line 6: delete lines 6 to 12 and substitute:

AB418-AA1,1,13 " Section 9m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

AB418-AA1,2,2 (1) The repeal of section 15.107 (13) and 16.25 of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2004.".
