AB45-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB45-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 12: delete "For" and substitute "Subject to sub. (2e), for".

AB45-AA3,1,3 2. Page 2, line 13: after that line insert:

AB45-AA3,1,4 " Section 5g. 165.72 (2e) of the statutes is created to read:

AB45-AA3,1,8 165.72 (2e) Emergency calls. If the department of justice receives information under sub. (2) (c) regarding dangerous weapons in a public school and the situation appears to be an emergency, the department shall tell the caller to notify their local law enforcement or call 911.".
