AB465-AA12,1,9 "(1t) Sentencing commission study of probation programs. By January 1, 2001, the sentencing commission shall conduct a study and submit recommendations to the governor, to each house of the legislature under section 13.172 (2) of the statutes and to the supreme court regarding ways to increase the effectiveness of probation in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee and Waukesha counties, and thereby promote its use in those counties, as an alternative to imprisonment.".
