AB465-AA4,1,2 1. Page 99, line 9: delete that line and substitute:

AB465-AA4,1,3 " Section 301b. 940.195 (6) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB465-AA4,1,6 940.195 (6) Whoever intentionally causes bodily harm to an unborn child by conduct that creates a substantial risk of great bodily harm is guilty of a Class D H felony.".
