AB465-AA9,1,7 "(m) Study and make recommendations concerning changing the substantive criminal law of this state to eliminate duplication and overlap of criminal offenses and to clarify, where necessary, the elements constituting particular criminal offenses and the situations in which multiple charges may be filed and multiple punishments may be imposed.

AB465-AA9,1,10 (n) Study and make recommendations regarding the effects that 1997 Wisconsin Act 283 and 1999 Wisconsin Act .... (this act) have on charging decisions, plea bargaining and other aspects of criminal procedure.".
