AB469-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB469-AA3,1,6 1. Page 2, line 16: after "pardoned" insert ", except that it is employment discrimination because of conviction record to refuse to employ or to terminate from employment a person who has been convicted of a felony under s. 944.16 more than 5 years prior to the refusal to employ or termination of employment and who has not been pardoned, unless par. (cp) 1m. applies".

AB469-AA3,1,10 "1m. Has been convicted of a felony under s. 944.16, the circumstances of which substantially relate to the circumstances of the particular job, and has not been pardoned for that felony;".
