AB474-ASA1-AA5,1,3 1. Page 1, line 12: after "without" insert "the consent of the pupil and, if the pupil is an unemancipated minor,".

AB474-ASA1-AA5,1,5 2. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2 and substitute "of the pupil's parent or guardian,".

AB474-ASA1-AA5,1,7 3. Page 2, line 22: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 2.
