AB479-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB479-AA1,1,7 1. Page 1, line 6: delete "section." and substitute "section, but if the minor indicates that he or she does not agree to being tested for the presence of alcohol or drugs in the minor's body, the person authorized by the parent or guardian to administer the test may not administer the test until after the parent or guardian and minor have participated in at least one counseling session for the purpose of mediating that disagreement.".
