AB487-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB487-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 8: delete that line and substitute "with a surety to be approved by the clerk of the circuit court for his or her county, or,".

AB487-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 9: after "state." insert "If the person is a Wisconsin resident, he or she may use a surety that is approved by the clerk of the circuit court in the county of the applicant's residence.".
