AB496-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 5: delete "reason to believe" and substitute "personal knowledge".

AB496-ASA1-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 8: delete " belief constitutes a belief" and substitute "personal knowledge constitutes a reason to believe".
