AB52-ASA3-AA5,1,7 "(ap) Paragraph (a) 1. does not apply to a licensee who is employed to care for a child, if the licensee possesses documentation that is signed and dated by the child's parent or legal guardian, identifies the licensee and child, and states the origin and destination of travel, and if the licensee is traveling on a direct route between the locations specified in the documentation.".
