AB521-AA1,1,4 " Section 1g. 48.685 (1) (ag) 2. of the statutes, as created by 1999 Wisconsin Act 9, is amended to read:

AB521-AA1,1,9 48.685 (1) (ag) 2. "Caregiver" does not include a person who is certified as an emergency medical technician under s. 146.50 if the person is employed, or seeking employment, as an emergency medical technician and does not include a person who is certified as a first responder under s. 146.50 if the person is employed, or seeking employment, as a first responder.".
