AB521-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB521-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB521-AA2,1,4 " Section 1g. 48.685 (1) (ag) 2. of the statutes, as created by 1999 Wisconsin Act 9, is amended to read:

AB521-AA2,1,9 48.685 (1) (ag) 2. "Caregiver" does not include a person who is certified as an emergency medical technician under s. 146.50 if the person is employed, or seeking employment, as an emergency medical technician and does not include a person who is certified as a first responder under s. 146.50 if the person is employed, or seeking employment, as a first responder.".

AB521-AA2,1,10 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1r".

AB521-AA2,1,11 3. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:
