AB535-AA3,1,7 "(3) This section does not provide immunity to a health care provider, as defined in s. 146.81 (1), if that health care provider refuses to provide a prenatal test or procedure on moral or religious grounds, unless the health care provider gives written notice of that refusal to all female patients for whom the test or procedure might be appropriate.".
