AB544-AA2,1,3 " Section 2m. 301.221 of the statutes is created to read:

AB544-AA2,1,7 301.221 Prisoners at leased correctional facilities. The department may not confine a prisoner in a correctional facility that it leases under s. 13.48 (27) unless the department is returning the prisoner to this state from a correctional facility located outside of this state.".
