AB548-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB548-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:
AB548-AA1,1,4 3" Section 1m. 947.0125 (2m) of the statutes, as created by 1999 Wisconsin Act
4.... (this act), is amended to read:
AB548-AA1,1,75 947.0125 (2m) Whoever violates sub. (2) is guilty of a Class E I felony if the
6person that the actor intends to frighten, intimidate, threaten, abuse or harass is a
7person who has not attained the age of 18.".
AB548-AA1,1,8 82. Page 3, line 7: after that line insert:
AB548-AA1,1,10 9" Section 2m. 948.115 (2) of the statutes, as created by 1999 Wisconsin Act ....
10(this act), is amended to read:
AB548-AA1,2,211 948.115 (2) Whoever transmits personal information about an individual,
12knowing that the individual has not attained the age of 16 years, with the intent to

1induce or encourage a person to violate s. 948.02, 948.05, 948.055, 948.07 or 948.08
2is guilty of a Class E I felony.
AB548-AA1, s. 3g 3Section 3g. Nonstatutory provisions.
AB548-AA1,2,9 4(1r) Reconciliation provision. The amendment of section 947.0125 (2m) of the
5statutes, as created by this act, and section 948.115 (2) of the statutes, as created by
6this act, and Section 4s (1g), (2h) and (3i) of this act are void unless the treatment
7of section 939.50 (1) (i) and (3) (i) of the statutes by 1999 Assembly Bill 465 is enacted
8into law before July 1, 2000, in exactly the same form as it appears in sections 237
9and 246 of 1999 Assembly Bill 465, as passed by the assembly.
AB548-AA1, s. 4s 10Section 4s. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication,
11except as follows:
AB548-AA1,2,15 12(1g) If 1999 Assembly Bill 465 has been enacted on or before the day after
13publication of this act and the day after publication of this act is on or before
14December 31, 1999, the amendment of sections 947.0125 (2m) and 948.115 (2) of the
15statutes takes effect on December 31, 1999.
AB548-AA1,2,19 16(2h) If 1999 Assembly Bill 465 has been enacted on or before the day after
17publication of this act and the day after publication of this act is after December 31,
181999, the amendment of sections 947.0125 (2m) and 948.115 (2) of the statutes takes
19effect on the day after publication of this act.
AB548-AA1,2,24 20(3i) If 1999 Assembly Bill 465 is enacted after the day after publication of this
21act but before July 1, 2000, the amendment of sections 947.0125 (2m) and 948.115
22(2) of the statutes takes effect on December 31, 1999, or on the date that the
23treatment of section 939.50 (1) (i) and (3) (i) of the statutes by 1999 Assembly Bill 465
24takes effect, whichever is later.".
