AB585-AA1,1,3 " Section 4m. 13.83 (3) (b) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB585-AA1,1,7 13.83 (3) (b) 2. Eight Not fewer than 8 nor more than 12 legislator members of the senate and assembly, including at least one member of the majority party and at least one member of the minority party from each house, appointed by the joint legislative council.".
