AB592-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB592-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB592-AA1,1,3 " Section 1m. 36.27 (3m) (e) of the statutes is created to read:

AB592-AA1,1,5 36.27 (3m) (e) The board may remit academic fees as provided in s. 39.415 (2) (b).".

AB592-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 5: delete "student" and substitute "resident student, as determined by using the criteria under s. 36.27,".

AB592-AA1,1,9 3. Page 3, line 1: delete the material beginning with "waiver" and ending with "s. 36.27" on line 2 and substitute "remission of academic fees".
