AB602-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB602-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 13: delete "Contingencies" and substitute "Extensions of the time period established under par. (a)".

AB602-AA1,1,4 2. Page 4, line 11: before "division" insert "the".

AB602-AA1,1,5 3. Page 4, line 23: delete "unilaterally".

AB602-AA1,1,6 4. Page 4, line 24: delete "only".

AB602-AA1,1,8 5. Page 4, line 25: delete that line and substitute "department finds that there is a substantial likelihood that the proposed activity would result in".

AB602-AA1,1,11 6. Page 5, line 1: after "environment" insert "and that the department cannot adequately review the application within the time period established under sub. (1) (a),".

AB602-AA1,2,1 7. Page 5, line 2: delete "that finding is" and substitute "those findings are".
