ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 1999 ASSEMBLY BILL 613

AB613-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB613-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 12: delete the material beginning with "notice" and ending with "property" on line 13 and substitute "providing immunity from liability for not disclosing sex offender registry information".

AB613-AA1,1,6 2. Page 33, line 21: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 38, line 12, and substitute:

AB613-AA1,1,7 " Section 86m. 895.71 of the statutes is created to read:

AB613-AA1,1,12 895.71 Liability exemption; sex offender registry nondisclosure. Except as provided in s. 301.46 (7), a person is immune from liability for any act or omission related to not disclosing that any particular person is required to register as a sex offender under s. 301.45 or any information about the sex offender registry under s. 301.45.".
