AB662-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB662-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete "transaction fees for issuing fishing" and substitute "transaction fees and certain handling fees for issuing fish".

AB662-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB662-AA1,1,5 " Section 1b. 29.556 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB662-AA1,1,11 29.556 (2) (d) If the department or an agent appointed under s. 29.024 (6) (a) 2. or 3. collects a handling fee for in-person credit transaction costs, the department or agent may not collect the handling fee from a person who is paying with a credit card for transaction fees imposed under s. 29.56 if the total of those transaction fees exceeds the handling fee for in-person credit transactions costs that would be collected from that person.".
