AB670-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB670-AA2,1,5 1. Page 2, line 10: delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute "pass on the cost of constructing or maintaining its cable television system to nonsubscribers, except that a municipality under this paragraph may pass on the cost of public educational and governmental access channels to nonsubscribers.".

AB670-AA2,1,6 2. Page 2, line 12: before that line insert:

AB670-AA2,1,7 " Section 1m. Initial applicability.

AB670-AA2,1,9 (1) This act first applies to municipalities that begin operation of a municipal cable television system on the effective date of this subsection.".
