AB684-SA1,1,2 1. Page 63, line 22: after that line insert:

AB684-SA1,1,12 "(5) Consultation with license holders. The department shall send written notification of any rule that is proposed under this chapter to each person holding a license under this chapter for the person's review or comment. The department shall send the notification at least 60 days before the notice stating that the proposed rule is in final draft form is submitted to the legislature in the manner provided under s. 227.19 (2). Upon request of any license holder, the department shall send to the license holder a copy of the proposed rule within 7 days after the receipt of the request. A license holder may submit written comments on the proposed rule to the department. The department shall include any written comments that it receives in the report required under s. 227.19 (3).".
