AB709-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB709-AA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 12: after "contract" insert ", except that "athletic agent" does not include a relative of the student athlete".

AB709-AA2,1,4 2. Page 4, line 23: after that line insert:

AB709-AA2,1,5 "(jm) "Relative" means any of the following:

AB709-AA2,1,7 1. A parent, grandparent, stepparent, brother, sister, uncle or aunt, regardless of whether the relationship is by blood, marriage or adoption.

AB709-AA2,1,8 2. A guardian or legal custodian.".

AB709-AA2,1,10 3. Page 5, line 6: after "(3)" insert " or the individual is a relative of the student athlete".
