AB721-AA1-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 14: after "occurs." insert "In formulating its recommendation under this paragraph, the Wisconsin District Attorneys' Association shall consider the trends of population increase or decrease within the prosecutorial unit in which the vacancy has occurred.".

AB721-AA1-AA1,1,11 2. Page 2, line 22: delete lines 22 to 24 and substitute "vacancy occurs. In making its decision under this paragraph, the department of administration shall consider both the trends of population increase or decrease within the prosecutorial unit in which the vacancy has occurred and the recommendation prepared by the Wisconsin District Attorneys' Association under par.
