AB729-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB729-AA1,1,4 1. Page 3, line 7: after "landfill" insert ", except that "trash" does not include materials described in s. 287.07 (3) (a) to (f) and (h) to (k) that are separated from other materials".

AB729-AA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:

AB729-AA1,1,10 "(c) This subsection does not apply to any law enforcement officer, or to any person acting at the direction of a law enforcement officer, if the law enforcement agency employing the officer has a written policy that is available to the public regarding the disposition of materials obtained by the law enforcement officer or the person acting at the direction of the law enforcement officer.".
