AB731-ASA1-AA1,1,3 3" Section 4p. 46.515 (6g) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB731-ASA1-AA1,2,44 46.515 (6g) (b) A county or Indian tribe that is selected to participate in the
5program under this section shall provide or shall designate an individual or entity
6to provide an explanation of the confidentiality requirements under par. (a) to each
7individual who is offered an assessment under sub. (4) (b) or who is offered services
8under the home visitation program of the county or Indian tribe before that
9assessment or those services are offered. The explanation shall include notice that
10a provider of home visitation program services under this section who is required
11under s. 48.981 (2) to report any suspected or threatened abuse or neglect of a child
12seen in the course of the provider's professional duties must report any suspected or

1threatened abuse or neglect of a child seen in the course of providing those services
2and that, if a report is made, the agency, as defined in s. 48.981 (1) (ag), receiving the
3report will initiate an investigation of the report within 24 hours after receipt of the
4report
