AB731-ASA1-AA18,1,10 46.515 (4) (b) 1m. No person who is required or permitted to report suspected or threatened abuse or neglect under s. 48.981 (2) may make or threaten to make such a report based on a refusal of a person to receive or to continue receiving home visitation program services under subd. 1. A refusal of a person to receive or to continue receiving home visitation program services under subd. 1. may not be used as evidence of abuse or neglect in an investigation conducted under s. 48.981 (3) or in a proceeding under s. 48.13.".
