AB731-ASA1-AA2,1,3 " Section 4k. 46.515 (6) (em) of the statutes is created to read:

AB731-ASA1-AA2,1,8 46.515 (6) (em) Family planning services prohibited. The applicant agrees in the grant application that, as a condition for receiving moneys awarded under the grant, the applicant will not provide with or refer for family planning service, as defined in s. 253.07 (1) (b), any person receiving services under the program under this section.".
