AB731-ASA1-AA3,1,3 " Section 4g. 46.515 (6) (a) 8m. of the statutes is created to read:

AB731-ASA1-AA3,1,6 46.515 (6) (a) 8m. An agreement that the applicant will not use pregnancies, births or the lack of pregnancies or births in a family that has participated in the applicant's home visitation program in evaluating that program.

AB731-ASA1-AA3, s. 4r Section 4r. 46.515 (7) (cm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB731-ASA1-AA3,1,10 46.515 (7) (cm) In the evaluation, the department may not measure pregnancies, births or the lack of pregnancies or births in families that have participated in the home visitation program and that are selected for evaluation.".
