AB779-AA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 440.26 (2) (c) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB779-AA1,1,8 440.26 (2) (c) 2. An individual who has been convicted in this state or elsewhere of a felony and who has not been pardoned for that felony is not eligible for a license under this section, unless the conduct on which that felony conviction is based is no longer punishable as a felony under the laws of this state as of the date of the application for the private detective license.".

AB779-AA1,1,9 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " 1" and substitute "1r".

AB779-AA1,1,11 3. Page 2, line 9: delete the material beginning with "and" and ending with "felony" on line 11.
