AB795-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB795-ASA1-AA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 22: delete "officer in charge" and substitute "jailer or his or her designee".

AB795-ASA1-AA2,1,5 2. Page 4, line 13: delete "officer in charge" and substitute "warden or superintendent or his or her designee".

AB795-ASA1-AA2,1,6 3. Page 6, line 2: after that line insert:

AB795-ASA1-AA2,1,7 " Section 4v. Effective date.

AB795-ASA1-AA2,1,9 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 6th month beginning after publication.".
