AB815-SA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 2, as follows:

AB815-SA1,1,4 1. Page 1, line 10: after the semicolon insert "requiring the exercise of rule-making authority;".

AB815-SA1,1,5 2. Page 8, line 7: delete "to (11)" and substitute ", (10) and (13)".

AB815-SA1,1,6 3. Page 8, line 9: after that line insert:

AB815-SA1,1,9 "(13) The department shall promulgate rules setting forth procedures for application under sub. (2) and appeal and grievance procedures for denials of eligibility.".
