AB86-ASA1,1,2 1An Act to repeal 938.355 (4m) of the statutes; relating to: expungement of the
2juvenile court's record of a person's delinquency adjudication.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB86-ASA1, s. 1 3Section 1. 938.355 (4m) of the statutes is repealed.

AB86-ASA1, s. 2 4Section 2. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB86-ASA1,1,85 (1) Transitional provisions. A petition for expungement of a juvenile court
6record filed under section 938.355 (4m), 1997 stats., before the effective date of this
7subsection may be completed under the law that was in effect when the petition was
8filed.
