AB860-AA1,1,6 " Section 38m. 1999 Wisconsin Act .... (Assembly Bill 456), section 4 (1) is amended to read:

AB860-AA1,1,8 [1999 Wisconsin Act .... (Assembly Bill 456)] Section 4. (1) This act first applies to taxable years beginning on January 1, 2000 2001.".
