AB892-ASA4-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 11: after "law;" insert "prohibiting discrimination on the basis of whether a contractor's employes are covered under a collective bargaining agreement in contracting for the construction of professional football stadium facilities;".

AB892-ASA4-AA1,1,11 2. Page 35, line 10: after "district." insert "In contracting for the acquisition and construction of football stadium facilities that are part of any facilities that are leased by the district to a professional football team or to a related party, the district board, team or related party may not discriminate against any contractor on the basis of whether the contractor's employes are covered under a collective bargaining agreement.".
