AB892-ASA4-AA10,1,9 "(4) The district shall offer for sale only to residents of the county within the district's jurisdiction two-thirds of any additional single-game tickets to a professional football game at the football stadium that become available to the public as a result of the construction, improvement or renovation of the football stadium facilities, except that any such tickets that remain unsold within 168 hours from the start of the professional football game may be offered for sale to nonresidents of the county.".
