AB892-ASA4-AA17,1,3 1. Page 29, line 1: delete "Impose" and substitute "Subject to s. 229.8245 (4), impose".

AB892-ASA4-AA17,1,4 2. Page 31, line 7: after that line insert:

AB892-ASA4-AA17,1,7 "(4) The district may not impose a tax under s. 229.824 (15) unless the district and the municipality in which the football stadium is located enter into an agreement regarding who will pay for maintenance for the football stadium.".
