3"(d) The district and a professional football team, as described in s. 229.823,
4enter into an agreement under which the team agrees that with regard to any
5national television contract between a television network and a league of
6professional football teams, as described in s. 229.823, that takes effect after the

8contract that is distributed to the team shall be forwarded to the district and shall
9be used by the district to retire bonds issued for purposes related to football stadium
10facilities, until such bonds, including bonds issued to fund or refund those bonds, are
