AB892-ASA4-AA4,1,5 2. Page 48, line 5: delete "71.10 (5e),".

AB892-ASA4-AA4,1,6 3. Page 48, line 7: after that line insert:

AB892-ASA4-AA4,1,8 "(b) The treatment of section 71.10 (5e) of the statutes first applies to taxable years beginning on January 1, 2001.".
