AB892-ASA4-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB892-ASA4-AA9,1,2 1. Page 31, line 7: after that line insert:

AB892-ASA4-AA9,1,6 "(4) (a) The district shall offer for sale to the following individuals two-thirds of any additional season tickets to a professional football game at the football stadium that become available to the public as a result of the construction, improvement or renovation of the football stadium facilities:

AB892-ASA4-AA9,1,8 1. Residents of the county within the district's jurisdiction who are on a waiting list for season tickets.

AB892-ASA4-AA9,1,10 2. If tickets remain after offers under subd. 1., other individuals who are on a waiting list for season tickets.

AB892-ASA4-AA9,2,5 (b) The district shall offer for sale, only to residents of the county within the district's jurisdiction, two-thirds of any additional single-game tickets to a professional football game at the football stadium that become available to the public as a result of the construction, improvement or renovation of the football stadium facilities, except that any such tickets that remain unsold within 168 hours from the start of the professional football game may be offered for sale to nonresidents of the county.".
