AB927-ASA1-AA2,1,5 1. Page 3, line 13: delete that line and substitute "month until paid. This subsection does not apply to an electric utility plant that produces no more than 100 megawatts of electricity unless the plant agrees to comply with the regulations of the public service commission and the federal energy regulatory commission.".
