AB941-ASA2-AA12,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: after "committee," insert "creating a sales tax and use tax exemption for clothing and shoes,".

AB941-ASA2-AA12,1,4 2. Page 5, line 22: after that line insert:

AB941-ASA2-AA12,1,5 " Section 10e. 77.54 (46) of the statutes is created to read:

AB941-ASA2-AA12,1,8 77.54 (46) The gross receipts from the sale of, and the storage, use or other consumption in this state of, clothing and shoes if the sales price of the clothing or shoes is less than $50.".

AB941-ASA2-AA12,1,11 "(2h) The treatment of section 77.54 (46) takes effect on the first day of the 2nd month beginning after publication.".
