SB110-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB110-SA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 9: delete "services" and substitute "services, making an appropriation".

SB110-SA3,1,4 2. Page 13, line 22: after that line insert:

SB110-SA3,1,5 " Section 26p. Appropriation changes.

SB110-SA3,1,10 (1v) State public defender. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the public defender board under section 20.550 (1) (d) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1999, the dollar amount is increased by $51,800 for fiscal year 2000-01 to increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.".
