SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1999 SENATE BILL 12

SB12-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB12-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 19: delete "the commission may" and substitute "the commission, subject to par. (ab), shall".

SB12-SA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 3: after that line insert:

SB12-SA1,1,8 "(ab) The commission may only direct the state agencies or persons to make the payment to the commission under par. (a) if a federal court or the federal department of energy has authorized the commission to receive the payment of the fees due under 42 USC 10222.".
