SB136-AA2,1,2 1. Page 4, line 19: after "par. (d)," insert "and subject to par. (cm),".

SB136-AA2,1,3 2. Page 5, line 3: after that line insert:

SB136-AA2,1,7 "(cm) In providing coverage under this subsection, an insurer, the state or a county, city, town, village or school district is not required to pay more for any appropriate and necessary immunization than the allowable charge paid under s. 49.46 (2) for the immunization.".
