SB144-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

SB144-AA5,1,6 1. Page 3, line 8: after "$50" insert ", except that, notwithstanding ss. 16.84 (2) and 62.09 (13), a law enforcement officer, as defined in s. 165.85 (2) (c), may arrest a person, or issue a person a citation, for a violation of sub. (2) (ar) only if, during the same act or occurrence that constitutes a violation of sub. (2) (ar), the person also violates another statute, ordinance or rule".
