ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 7, TO 1999 SENATE BILL 144

SB144-AA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

SB144-AA7,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 5 and substitute:

SB144-AA7,1,3 " Section 1p. 101.123 (1) (hm) of the statutes is created to read:

SB144-AA7,1,7 101.123 (1) (hm) "State capitol grounds" means the area surrounding the state capitol building on the state capitol building side of each sidewalk that runs along the 4 streets surrounding the state capitol park and is between the 4 streets surrounding the state capitol park and the state capitol building.".

SB144-AA7,1,9 2. Page 2, line 8: delete "in the immediate vicinity of the state capitol" and substitute "on the state capitol grounds".

SB144-AA7,1,11 3. Page 2, line 12: delete " in the immediate vicinity of the state capitol" and substitute "on the state capitol grounds".

SB144-AA7,1,13 4. Page 4, line 15: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 5, line 2, and substitute:

SB144-AA7,2,1 " Section 10p. Effective date.

SB144-AA7,2,3 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 6th month beginning after publication.".
